As a relatively new resident here in Perth I was pretty proud of the fact that in one year I had not seen any spiders (or snakes to be honest). Well that changed last week when we discovered many many red backs outside our bedroom window! I contacted a friend and she recommended this lovely team. I booked an appointment online. I was given a call the very next working day and an appointment made for Glenn our technician to attend. Apart from dealing with the spider issue he educated me on what to look for in the future, what to do and when best to organise a respray. I felt confident after his attendance.....don't get me wrong I still don't like spiders, but I now know I have a reliable team to call next time!! Cannot recommend them high enough.

Glen was precisely on time. He made a very thorough inspection of the house and surroundings, explaining what he did and what signs we should be aware of. He advised us on how we could control any ant infestato0n in the garden and, as an example, laid ant bait in the driveway.
Overall, a pleasure to have had Glen again to inspect our property.

Glenn was great. Down to earth, answered all my questions and we ended up chatting about a bunch of topics. He was on site before me and checked the termite situation out with excellence and gave me an honest assessment. I think it was Simon I spoke to on the phone originally (forgive me if this is incorrect) and he was great too. Got me Glenn on site in 2 hours. Wow. I recommend these guys totally.
